Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer returns under the following conditions:

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Many of our items are handmade or made to order. For this reason, custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty. We kindly ask all customers to carefully check our sizing guide before placing an order to ensure the correct fit.

Returns
Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Sizing
We provide a detailed sizing guide to help you choose the best fit. As items are often made to order, we cannot accept returns based on incorrect sizing if the size ordered matches the measurements provided in our guide. If you have any questions regarding sizing we will be happy to help you prior to garments being made 

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, certain items may be non-returnable (such as earrings or hair accessories). Sale items may also be non-refundable unless faulty.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We may offer exchanges on non-custom items, subject to availability.

Faulty items
If you faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to return
To start a return, please contact us at [your email] or visit us in-store. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

In-store purchases
Items bought in-store may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days, subject to the same conditions.
