Cancellation policy

Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.

Custom & made-to-order items
Custom or personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. We encourage customers to carefully check all details, including sizing (using our size guide), before placing an order.

Changes to orders
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests within the 24-hour window, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Faulty items
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help resolve it.
